Solo Guitars are hand made instruments 100% built with sustainable woods and dressed up with the very best components.
Miguel Soler, creative director and designer from Majorca, came up with the design and the concept of Solo, which shall epitomise his particular vision on what a contemporary Spanish guitar should be. His first ever Solo guitar was finished in 2015, boasting flat wound strings and his signature minimalistic-yet-well-balanced design. Twenty-seven guitars later the Solo principles remain intact: to build hand-made, honest and sustainable guitars, featuring own design, latest advancements and best quality possible.
Javier de Bona, Rebenque, joined Solo Guitars in 2019 driven by his passion for guitars, his engineering background and his work as freelance videomaker and photographer. He has set up some new CNC processes and helped build the new workshop in Torrelodones, Spain.
Solo + Curated by. limited edition guitar consists of a Jazzmine model with a few tweaks. Inverted wood grain back, red dyed mahogany interior of the body and binding plus the benefit of being fitted with the unbelievable K&K Sound’s Pure pick-up.
The Jazzmine is the origin of Solo Guitars: the pursuit of a new construction and a different sound to take the nylon string guitar back to the Jazz world.
